There is a certain feeling I have whenever I am in a deep forest. It may be slightly different depending on the type of forest, a temperate forest, rain forest, etc., but it is there. A sense of peace and solitude and silence and awe. I hope these images communicate a little of this better than I can in words (which is why I am a photographer and not a writer).
